If your father does not buy enough money for healthy foods, ask him to reduce the junk food and buy healthier foods instead.
In addition, try to exercise at least an hour a day. If you do not simply manage outs, abdominal or core functions, it's funny.
Take a Frisbee and take a friend (or dog) society!

Tips:
1. Change water.

* It is healthier
* It is cheaper

Leave the soda and water. Take a bottle wherever you go.

2. Consuming tap water. Check the price of tap water in your water bill. Now check the price of bottled water. Exit the difference, right?

* Cleaner? Not necessarily.
* A taste better? Not just a question of adaptation.

Get bottled water company, the products from the same source you do: municipal water systems. It is like selling ice to Eskimos. If you do not trust the quality of tap water, filter it yourself. I use a Brita pitcher. A door-$ 7 filter cleans 40 liters of water.

3. Eating eggs.

* Full of vitamins u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\;br> * High protein
* Low price

Do not believe the myth of eggs and cholesterol? Cholesterol is not cholesterol in the blood bound. In order for a cheaper price? Buy a chicken.

4. Eating fatty meat. Fatty meats are cheaper and tastier than the lean meat. Do you think it is unhealthy? Check the myths about fat:

* The fat makes you fat, excess calories are not
* You need a balanced intake of fats: omega-3, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

6. Canned tuna. Canned tuna is cheap and contains so much protein as meat. Substitute tuna eggs, meat and milk whey. You can easily the daily amount of protein.

7. Buy frozen vegetables.

* Take less time to prepare
* Do not lose any money if it is not consumed in time
* You can buy in bulk for discounts and stored in a freezer

Reduce your consumption of what they eat to make healthy, if you can, and it worked.
Good luck with the creaking of the belly!

Your weight is healthy in a reasonable range. I think 14 is normal, increased a little, and some curves and it may seem dramatic, if you stick thin, a boy, in sudden adult form. The loss of a few pounds is not bad, but, although they do not go hungry (be sure to get your 1500 calories per day) or down to about 110 pounds. I guess I think is good to keep a little perspective.

OK, now to the question that all healthy food is super expensive. Here are some suggestions of things that are good for you that will not break the bank are (unless everyone can afford their father is Ramen noodles or something):

Frozen Vegetables
Carrots
Cheese, whole grain (n, and Mac is now available in whole wheat.) Whole wheat bread, brown rice.
Grapes
Green Tea
Chili beans in cans (or vegetarian)
Eggs
Cottage Cheese
Bananas
Cornflakes (or generic equivalent) with milk.

I do not understand it .... Carrots and celery sticks are cheaper than McDonald's or chips ......

If you have money for food in poor condition, with the money for a good meal.

I think that this figure should not their stress at this age. Remember, a child .... Number two, if you really want to lose weight, be healthy! Number three, eat, just lots of vegetables, fruit, low fat milk, reducing the .... Fast food and last but not least, exercise. Walking to school instead of walking, jogging or walking in the park or with friends caching, dancing around .... You are sooo young and should be fairly easy to lose weight and be healthy. To commit to it in order

Hello, glad you to take control over his own body to do something good. In fact, it is not cost as much as you think is healthy. Eat fresh fruit, raw vegetables, and as much movement as possible after receiving confirmation of your physician, you will find a sport, and how to catch.
If you eat fresh fruits, natural sugars are metabolized in the time and you will find more energy.
If you like soft drinks, cakes, things that are artificial things that spike your energy, it will be difficult to lose weight.
Home Find fruit and vegetables in season and will be less and your body will pay for it thank you!
Greater Blessing
